Question?

How is it possible that something done by less people

now than 30 years ago, in less and less places than ever

poses a greater threat to our health now, than it did then?

Analogy

Surely if there were less criminals on our streets

and less places where crime is committed.

It would be reasonable to assume

that the likelihood of being a victim of crime

is also greatly reduced.

Or am I missing something?

30 years ago, 80% of the adult population smoked.

Smoking was permitted almost everywhere.

Now we are told, only 20% smoke.

In very few, and soon to be, no public places

Yet we are told that we are under ever increasing

threat from passive smoking.

Oh! and I suppose that 2 + 2 = 9,648

Something doesn't add up here!

Created by man in many varied forms,

revered by the masses and followed blindly,

yet without evidence of existence,

we accept it as the truth,

and we will torture and kill in it's name,

WAKE UP!!!!!

When did we begin to associate cost with worth?

The most important things in life cost nothing,

but are worth the most.

Yet there are those who will spend a small fortune

on worthless superficial garbage just because

the label says "Versace, Cristal or La Croix et al."

when did image become more important than substance?

No cause, no matter how noble,

can be advanced by the slaughter of innocent human beings.

The cause is already lost.....
